Bright Star Touring Theatre, a national professional touring theatre company based in Asheville, NC, is visiting the area with their performance of Wizard of Oz. Wizard of Oz is a 45-minute, fast-paced version of the literary classic, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum. Wizard of Oz introduces audiences to the comic duo, “Lenny and Mabel,” who lead us down the Yellow Brick Road to the land of Oz, meeting all of your favorite characters along the way. Gain courage with the Cowardly Lion, take heart with the Tin Man, and Find your wits with the Scarecrow in this fun interactive retelling. Seen by audiences across America, Wizard of Oz has become an audience favorite Bright Star production which is appreciated by audiences pre-K to adult.
