Program Description
Event Details
Paper quilling is an art form that involves rolling, shaping, and gluing strips of paper to create designs. In this program, we will cover the tools and supplies needed, learn some basic shapes, and experiment with crafting a simple design.
- This is a program for beginners, not individuals with prior experience in paper quilling.
- Note: if you already attended the session at Yorktown Library, please do not register for this program in order to give others a chance to attend.
Supplies are provided. This program is for adults; registration is required as space is limited.
This program is funded thanks to a grant from the York County, VA Arts Commission.
