Join a Yorktown Yoga & Wellness instructor for a free class on chair & gentle yoga from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Yorktown Library. Chair Yoga makes yoga accessible to people who lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions.
