Join Deputy Kevin Taylor, Crime Prevention Specialist and Law Enforcement Practitioner for York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office for an informative presentation on CRASE (Citizens Response to Active Shooter Events).  Deputy Taylor will provide education on active aggressor events and how citizens should respond to them should you be caught in the middle of one.  In this class citizens will learn how to apply the Avoid, Deny, Defend concept.  Questions are encouraged both during and after the presentation.

Join us on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 1:30pm - 3:00 pm for Memory Café at the Tabb Library!

This social gathering is for anyone personally affected by memory loss and their care partners. Each café will offer its guests the chance for unstructured conversation, refreshments and getting to know others with similar memory changes. Care Partners and/or spouses must attend as well. The café is organized and hosted by trained facilitators.
