Have you ever wanted to learn how to 3D print? Well, now is your chance! In this Intro to 3D Printing class, you will learn the basics of creating your own 3D model, which you can then use to print on one of the library's 3D printers.

Join us in the library to create a character with yarn. Yarn and crochet supplies will be provided as Ms. Elyssa leads teens in making an amigurumi based on the character each person chooses.

Kids will get tuned-in to learning with exciting demonstrations focused on sound, including the singing pipe, the surprisingly loud Dinosaur-in-a-can, and a kid-created thunderstorm!

A fun-filled night where teens can create Perler bead art, play video games, and hang out with friends in a laid-back, creative space.

Bright Star Touring Theatre, a national professional touring theatre company based in Asheville, NC, is visiting the area with their performance of Wizard of Oz.

A Bi-lingual Bully Prevention Adventure (K-6) – this dual language version of our show “Little Red and the Big Bully Wolf” is sure to delight language learners of both English and Spanish!

Come join the teen anime club for a screening of the critically acclaimed anime movie Castle in the Sky! Anyone in grades 6-12 is welcome to attend. Refreshments will be provided, and we will make a movie related craft. 

Want to brawl? Care for a melee? Do you think you could be the ultimate (virtual) fighter? Come join us for a Super Smash Brothers tournament on the Nintendo Switch on the big screen. No experience necessary!

Join us for a colorful twist on the classic game with Art Museum Family BINGO! Families with children from preschool through high school can explore famous artworks while playing for fun and prizes. Registration is required.

Join us for the finale of the Color Our World Summer Reading Program at the Yorktown Branch of the York County Public Library. Early in the day we will have a talent show from younger kids and families.
